Never Stop Remembering
Your tongue is the easiest muscle to move, and the most rewarding. These are the words that protect you, heal you, and bring you closer to Allah.
أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
"Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest."

Protection
The Prophet ﷺ said morning and evening athkar are a shield. They protect you from harm, evil eye, and shaytan throughout the day and night.
Forgiveness
Saying SubhanAllah wa bihamdih 100 times a day erases your sins even if they were like the foam of the sea. The bar is not high. Allah made it easy.
Peace of Mind
Anxiety, overthinking, restlessness. Allah gave you the cure: His remembrance. The more you remember Him, the more He gives you tranquility.
Closeness to Allah
Allah says: "Remember Me and I will remember you." There is no faster way to feel connected to your Creator than moving your tongue with His name.
