The Passing of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ

The Prophet ﷺ passes away in Madinah, leaving behind the Quran and his example as guidance for all who follow.
After a short illness, the Prophet ﷺ passed away in the room of Aishah and was buried where he died, in what is now within al Masjid al Nabawi. Abu Bakr calmed the grieving city with the words: whoever worshipped Muhammad, Muhammad has passed away, and whoever worships Allah, Allah is Ever Living and never dies.
وفاة النبي محمد ﷺ
يفارق النبي ﷺ الدنيا في المدينة، تاركًا القرآن وسنته هدايةً لمن بعده.
بعد مرض قصير، تُوفي النبي ﷺ في حجرة عائشة ودُفن حيث قُبض، في ما هو اليوم داخل المسجد النبوي. وثبّت أبو بكر المدينةَ الحزينة بقوله: من كان يعبد محمدًا فإن محمدًا قد مات، ومن كان يعبد الله فإن الله حي لا يموت.
